Nutrition care for a brighter future

Are you struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder? Do you feel that your relationship with food is not what you want it to be? Are you a loved one or parent of someone struggling? Together, we can create a new path forward.

About

Hi - I'm Savannah. I specialize in eating disorders, with a particular focus on Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and picky eating.  No matter your food struggles, I am here to help you find ways to heal your relationship with food and nourish yourself in a way that feels good. My approach is collaborative - we're on this journey together! I'm trained in many modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, intuitive eating, and family-based treatment, but I find an eclectic, flexible approach that prioritizes the therapeutic relationship is most effective.

Services

I provide nutrition counseling to individuals ages 5 to adult experiencing eating disorders, picky eating, and/or struggles with food, body image, or exercise.

For disordered eating, we will work towards recovery through tailored nourishment, healing the relationship with food, and building skills to prevent disordered behaviors around food.

If you are struggling with picky eating or ARFID, I'm here to help! I am skilled at helping families and individuals learn to try new foods without fear. Together, we will create a roadmap for expanding your food variety.
